Apartments Our apartment plans can be built into four or six-plexes. The apartments are very cost effective and will appeal to investors looking for positive cash flow.
Duplexes We have duplex plans but also are able to convert any of our town houses to duplexes allowing you more than eight possible duplex layouts.
When the custom units are delivered to the job site they will be approximately 80% complete. All you need to do is prepare the site and complete the septic, electrical and water connections, exterior treatments, and interior finishing. The shortened building time reduces the cycle time of your loan, thus saving you interest costs.
